Painting my car at home, DIY, is it possible?
|I own 2 old suvs, the paint of both of them had seen better days.
So I decided to re-spray the Suzuki.
I used Roberlo paint, compressor and air gun. I sanded the car with #400 sand paper as it is not a show car but an SUV that we use to drive on/off road. As you may see in the pictures/videos, conditions are far from a dealer place or even from just a simple paint shop 馃檪 , but, it was much cheaper and most important , it was made with my own hands.
Of course there was rust, so I cut the rusted parts and welded some fresh metal instead:

As you can see from the gallery above, I had to disassemble some parts, it was a nice opportunity to paint them:
